When will I get my order?
Each piece is handmade to order in Colombia — this is part of what makes Morah, Morah. Production takes 3 to 5 business days before your order ships.
- Colombia: 2–4 business days after shipping
- United States & International: 7–12 business days after shipping, depending on customs processing

Where are your products manufactured?
Every Morah piece is designed and handcrafted in Colombia, working with local artisans and goldsmiths. Our gold collection uses Colombian craftsmanship with American gold plating techniques, and our silver collection is made with certified 925 sterling silver.
What does "American gold plated" mean?
American gold plating is a process where multiple layers of real gold are bonded onto a base metal (usually brass or sterling silver) using an electroplating technique that creates a thicker, more durable layer than standard gold plating.
This means:
- It looks and feels like solid gold
- It's significantly more affordable than 18k solid gold
- With proper care, it can last for years without fading
What is 925 sterling silver?
925 sterling silver means the piece is 92.5% pure silver, alloyed with 7.5% other metals (usually copper) for strength and durability. It's the international standard for fine silver jewelry — more durable than pure silver, while keeping its bright, cool tone.
